The mission aims to provide accessible, affordable and quality healthcare to the rural population, especially the vulnerable groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The focus area of the mission is on establishing a fully functional, community owned, decentralized health delivery system with inter-sectoral convergence at all levels to ensure simultaneous action on a wide range of determinants of health such as water, sanitation, education, nutrition, social and gender equality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The goals of NRHM include Reduction in Infant Mortality Rate and Maternal Mortality Ratio; Universalized access to public health services for Women\u2019s health, Child health, water, hygiene, sanitation and nutrition; and Prevention and control of communicable and non-communicable diseases, including locally endemic diseases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Logo of NRHM depicts a family of one man and woman, along with a child.
