Developed by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and National e-Governance Division (NeGD), UMANG (Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance) application serves as a unified platform providing access to more than 1,200 Central and State Government services such as AADHAR, DigiLocker, PAN, CBSE, tax, and fee or utility bill payments, e-District and passport. The services are available in multiple Indian languages.  The app was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the fifth edition of the Global Conference on Cyberspace in New Delhi on 23rd November 2017.

The Logo for Umang is Pictorial Mark Logo comprising of a picture depicting, accessing an application on a hand-held device. The picture is used to express that different Government services can be accessed on a single unified platform.
