An Autonomous Society set up by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India in 1991, Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) aims to promote and make further advancements in software exports from India. Internal engineering resources are maintained by STPI to provide consulting, training and implementation services. The services cover Network Design, System Integration, Installation, Operations and Maintenance of Application Networks and facilities in varied areas. 

Departing from the use of text alone, the STPI, a Brand Mark Type Logo uses a strong graphic, a High Gain Antenna and a Diskette along with the text which is in bilingual form. The STPI text is written using the Devanagari script as well.
